Leading the Tata CLiQ Mall platform. Actively working at an individual contributor level while also improving the overall process efficiencies of the design team
Led the design initiatives for major improvements and revamps across the entire Product Discovery Funnel on Tata CLiQ Mall App & Web platforms, comprising of projects across Homepage, Search, PLP, Filters, PDP, Wishlist and other specialised pages, drastically improving our product's user experience
Collaborated with product, developers and other cross-functional stakeholders ensuring an open channel of communication and shipping high quality products for our customers
Key contributor in creating a design tokens library from scratch, ensuring consistency and scalability across the CLiQ Mall platform
Ideated a sprint like structure and implemented a specialised JIRA board for the design team, enabling us to effectively plan and align our tasks to hyper-focused two week sprints, drastically improving our efficiency and reducing our design TAT
